My favorite sport is Cross Country! I won four metals in cross country this year! It's a fun sport; for middle school we run one and a half to two miles each race. The first time I won a medal I was the happiest kid in the world! The day I won my first metal Mom took Drago and me out to buy us cell phones. When I won my second metal some of the parents asked me what I thought I would get today. LOL. Mom and Dad bought us the cell phones because they are cool parents, not because I won a metal.
As part of Newaygo County's gifted and talented program I will soon be taking a writing class. I am looking forward to that. It never really made much sense to me though, I am gifted and the county rewards me for being smart by taking me out of normal classes to take enrichment courses, but I still have to do all the work for my normal classes. My reward for being smart is more work! LOL. Last year I took a couple of enrichment courses, one was how to make computer games. Another enrichment course that I took was drama, we wrote a play, then designed the set and acted in the play, the play was ours from beginning to end, it was awesome.
